Outdoor campaigns are subject to:
- Location availability and regulations
- Media Owner Approval

Event and sponsorship services are subject to the scope defined in the project agreement. We do not guarantee specific attendance numbers, sponsorship revenue, or business outcomes from event and sponsorship arrangements. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their event goals and requirements, and for complying with all venue and sponsorship regulations.

3. Service Customization & Scope


All services are customized based on client objectives, industry requirements, and agreed scope of work. We work closely with clients to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees or timeline adjustments.



4. Third-Party Platforms & Dependencies


Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

We are not responsible for outages, platform policy changes, suspensions, or algorithm updates beyond our control.



5. Client Responsibilities

We are not liable for any delays, additional costs, or suboptimal results caused by client inaction, delayed feedback, or failure to provide necessary information.



6. Performance & Results

- Specific performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions)
- Business outcomes (e.g., sales, revenue growth, market share)
- Market reception or consumer behavior

7. Payment Terms


Payment terms are defined in the project agreement and may include:
- Upfront deposits
- Milestone payments (if applicable)
- Monthly retainers (if applicable)
- Final payments upon project completion

We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.



8. Termination


Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from termination.



9. Limitation of Liability


We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.



10. Governing Law


This Services Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.



11. Changes to Services Policy
